A better way to insulate your floors
Warmafloor blown underfloor insulation fills every gap around joists, pipes and cables, then adds a wind-wash barrier — a complete thermal and acoustic barrier under your feet.
High thermal performance
Typical installs reach R3.6 — no more cold floors on winter mornings.
Quieter floors
Excellent acoustic performance — great for midfloors in two-storey homes.
Fast installation
Installed quickly and tidily by approved installers.
Good for the environment
Made with up to 80% recycled post-consumer glass.

Why blown beats batts
Batts leave gaps. Blown insulation doesn’t.
Traditional underfloor batts and segments have to be cut and fitted around pipework and cables — which is exactly where the gaps and cold spots appear.
Warmafloor is blown between the joists at controlled densities, filling every void and finishing with a wind-wash barrier that protects performance from draughts under the house. The result is consistent, year-round thermal performance — proven in kiwi homes since 1995.
Where Warmafloor is used
From draughty villas to modern two-storey homes.
Underfloor
The classic retrofit for existing homes with suspended timber floors — high-performance insulation plus a wind-wash barrier.

Midfloors
Thermal and acoustic insulation between the storeys of multi-level homes — installed without removing the linings.
